I was honestly so nervous about ordering my wedding dress online but this completely blew me away. The satin feels surprisingly heavy and luxurious, definitely not cheap or flimsy like I was worried about. The lace appliques on the illusion neckline and the 3/4 sleeves are so delicate and pretty. When I tried it on my mom actually started crying. It is super comfortable too which is a huge plus because I plan on dancing all night. Great value for the price.

It came packaged really securely inside out to protect the lace. The stitching is really well done and there were no loose threads anywhere. Very impressed with the workmanship.

Customer service was super helpful when I was trying to figure out my measurements. I ended up doing custom sizing and it fits like a glove. I showed a picture of me in it to my bridesmaids and they could not believe how much I paid for it. They thought it was from a high end boutique. The illusion neck is so flattering and holds up well.
