The dress is lovely and fits well, though the satin is slightly shinier than I thought it would be from the pictures. It still looks gorgeous on, but just bear in mind it catches the light quite a bit.

I had my final fitting and the seamstress could not believe I bought this online. She said the structure of the bodice is fantastic and needs barely any alterations. My bridesmaids are completely obsessed with the classic style of it. It really does make you feel like a princess when you twirl around in front of the mirror. Cannot wait to show everyone.

Honestly, I was dreading wearing a big heavy gown for the whole event, but this is surprisingly comfortable. The inner lining is quite soft against the skin, so there is no scratching or rubbing under the arms. I can actually sit down and move around the venue without feeling like I am trapped in a cage. It gives plenty of support up top too, which is exactly what I needed.
