I wanted something light to cover my arms for a fancy anniversary dinner. This little cape does the job and the beads add a nice touch of sparkle. The tulle material is a bit stiffer than I expected, so it is not super soft against bare skin, but it still looks elegant with a simple black slip dress. It works fine for occasional wear.

Wore this over my bridesmaid gown. The pullover style is genius because I didn't have to constantly adjust it.
