07/25/2026---This dress was perfect for what I wanted and needed! Customer Service was great from beginning to end. And timeliness on my dress and veil were as stated. Items actually came earlier.

It is such a clever idea. I kept them on for the church service for a more traditional vibe, then popped them off for the dancing part so I could move properly. The train is just the right length too, elegant but not a tripping hazard.

I was worried a mermaid style would be a nightmare to walk in, but the material has just enough give to let me move about freely. It feels incredibly soft against the skin, not scratchy at all like some lace can be. Really chuffed with how comfortable it is to wear.

The customer service team were incredibly helpful when I had a question about the train length. They replied super fast and were so polite. Made the whole buying process completely stress-free.

The parcel arrived a bit battered on the outside, which gave me a fright. Thankfully the gown inside was wrapped up safe and sound in thick plastic. Delivery was slightly delayed, but it got here eventually.
